I want to lead the development of collaborative application tools and development environments that are media rich. In a true collaborative environment, design time is run time. This of course means Flex, Flash and ActionScript at the client that are driven by a distributed interpreter. This is the next frontier in both application development and in Social Media. Visit http://www.colabry.com to see some of these future concepts. With experience from Bell Laboratories, IBM, FedEx, Lutron, and Mapquest, the necessary skill sets have been cultivated. I see the importance and potential of this new technology and my goal is to be a part of its realization.

Created a generalized charting component module using the Service Widget Framework and the Adobe Flex visualization library. Created an initial prototype of a visual tool for building Virtual Service Exchange Service Delivery Language programs.
Colabry.com: Self funded R&D work on advanced collaborative whiteboards 3/2009 to 4/2010
Developed forward looking whiteboards at www.colabry.com . I am the first Adobe developer to extend the Collaborative Services API to enable GUI components on a whiteboard. Both the Adobe LCCS and Stratus API's are used including the advanced multicast mode as well as peer to peer (P2P. In addition to the whiteboard, streaming audio and video is integrated.
Lutron: R&D Consultant : 9/2008 to 3/2009
Architect of new Flex3 framework for LCD touch screen applications. This project was an advance development prototype for initial proof of concept. Touch screen navigation and setting control was developed. For maximum color optimization a complex ColorMatrix based tool was created to tune Illustrator assets. I realized serveral models based on concepts from the cognitive and ergonomic lead and the designer.
FedEx: R&D Consultant: 6/2008 to 9/2008
Architect of new Flex3 framework for web applications. Created advanced prototype of proposed user workspace environment based on a custom MDI (Multiple Document Interface) windowing system. Windows can be nested in addition to traditional scaling, cascading and tiling. The Agile software development methodology was employed.
